The Moving Body

a dynamic and restorative embodiment practice that invites you to connect with your body and be revitalised by the energy that arises when we bring presence to our movement. 

It is a free form practice, a blend of Open Floor movement, embodied dance and teachings from the chakra system that draw on the natural movement of body, heart, mind and soul as gateways into the present moment. 

We explore effective and enjoyable ways to ground and centre ourselves - to release stress, increase vitality and develop a more relaxed and expansive approach to life.

Our classes, retreats and workshops cultivate helpful ways to meet life, to deepen our connection with self and to understand that our intuitive body is our guide, teacher and healer.
